I've had enough of resolutions. They are too limiting and bring way too much negativity.
So this year, I am simply going to live by simple acronym.
F.O.C.U.S
For me, it will help me in every situation. No matter what I am doing.
Too much noise at home? Getting easily distracted? Totally overwhelmed?
Repeating it in my head will help me to regroup and get my brain back into whatever task I am trying to complete.
Or, I can simply say it to someone who is annoying me, as a great acronym for it is...F**k Off 'Cos You're Stupid.
